GuateTrip strives to provide information as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information disseminated.

4.1 Booking process

Bookings made via the site are subject to availability confirmation. A confirmation will be sent to you by email within 48 hours of your request.

4.2 Prices

Prices displayed on the site are in US dollars (USD) and include all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

GuateTrip reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4.3 Payment

Payment is made as follows:

• 30% deposit upon booking
• Balance to be paid 30 days before departure

Accepted payment methods are: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal.

4.4 Cancellation and refund

Cancellation conditions are as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: no refund

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking
• Not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site
• Not disrupt the site's operation
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not disseminate offensive, defamatory or illegal content

All content on the GuateTrip site (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from GuateTrip.

Any unauthorized use of the site or its content will engage the civil and/or criminal liability of the user.

These Terms of Use are governed by Guatemalan law.

In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City.
